We are hoping this note finds you and your families healthy during this trying time.
At this point, there will be no disruptions in mowing service or any other services that we provide. We will be operating under the Public Works Section of Governor Inslee’s “Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers” list. Additionally, we are following the advisement of our national professional association, the NALP, National Association of Landscape Professionals. If there are any changes I will reach out via blog.
We are doing what we can to follow CDC guidelines for disease control within our crews. For the next couple of weeks we are asking for a few slight procedural changes from our customers, for your protection and ours. These are listed below.
1. If you are able to pay online, vs sending in paper checks, please do so. All invoices will include electronic payment options.
2. If at all possible please communicate with us via phone or email.
3. If you are needing an estimate for additional work (and we hope that you do), please supply a description of the scope of work via email and I will call/email you to set a time for Kellen and I to visit your property and take a look. No person to person appointments will be needed at this time in order to generate estimates.
Thank you very much for being flexible and for your loyalty. We appreciate each and every one of you!
We have every hope for, and are focusing on, a speedy remedy for this current and far reaching challenge.
